Stayed here before and chose it again for its good location. Right behind Kitashinagawa station; can reach Shinjuku and Haneda airport within 30 min by train. The room was well equipped for a comfortable stay: microwave, fridge, AC that also acts as heater, hair dryer, electric kettle, hot plate for cooking, bidet and hot water in the bathroom. They also provided a big box with kitchen utensils, very helpful to cook some simple meals. Family Mart is located next to the hotel. There are also stores selling fruits and vegetables close by. Staff at the reception is helpful. Great place for a solo traveller.

Very close to Shinagawa train station, which has connections to many other noteworthy areas across Tokyo and beyond. Friendly staff who always tried to help, and did, even through a language barrier. Well-equipped room, with a small kitchen area and bathroom, along with a comfortable bed and spacious desk. Convenient and easy to use laundry machines and dryer room inside the hotel. They are open about not doing room service, which I liked, because I felt like the room was my own during my stay, instead of worrying about other people coming in to move things around.

We stayed there for only one night, about 8-9 hours in total, so I cannot say much, but the staff was nice and we arrived around 1 at night. The room was small, but comfortable, the bathroom was very comfortable too. The pillow I got seemed very unusual for me in the beginning, but it was one of the most comfortable pilllows I have ever used!!! The hotel is very close to Shinagawa station, very easy distance to walk :)

The price is affordable as its located very near the train station so its easy to commute and much more and the shops around the inn looks amazing, if only i had more time here i would explore more.

The room is quite good, with good WiFi connection, good chair and good desk to work. It has also a small kitchen to cook or prepare breakfast. It is like a Airbnb model where you can keep all your belongings over the desk without any problem of someone try to organize and put your room tidy.
